Covid 19 - Important information for Barco customers

Monday-Thursday: 8.30am – 5.30pm

Friday: 8.00am – 5.15pm

Dear Customer,  

We would like to update you on our current status and the actions we are taking to best protect the wellbeing of our staff and customers during this COVID-19 outbreak. Although the situation is continually changing, the business is currently running as normal. Our opening times are back to normal and van deliveries are unaffected. Carrier deliveries see some small disruption at times due hub issues. We have however left some alternative delivery options in place for the time being, please discuss if you need use these when placing your order.


OurExternal Area Sales Managers are back to normal full time hours but are working at home to ensure safety and government rules are followed. They are contacting customers by phone generally but do have the ability to do Teams Video and Zoom calls. Please contact your ASM on their normal mobile number, non-working days the Internal Sales team will be happy to help with your enquiry.

Customer deliveries

Open between 8:30am and 5pm: We are operating our Next Day Van and Carrier delivery service.  

For customers closing before 1pm we can offer the following options:

  1. Collection: Orders can still be collected from our premises. Collections should be organised with our sales office at the time of ordering.
  2. Timed Carrier Delivery: The full cost of carrier deliveries will be confirmed when an order is placed.
  3. Residential address deliveries: An additional charge of £1.95 will be added to the below listed charges for each consignment.

IMPORTANT Missed Delivery Slot Charges: Barco are unable to absorb these charges therefore when agreeing a carrier delivery charge, you are also accepting that charges for missed delivery slots and re-delivery attempts will be invoiced to your account. We assure you that Barco will keep costs to a minimum and will not profit from Carrier charges.
